“Simmer Down” is a South Korean show about the difficulties of relationships in a busy Seoul restaurant. The show is about Chef Yoo Jin-woo, played by Lee Min-ho, who comes back to his hometown to help his family’s restaurant. He comes and meets his childhood friend, Park Ji-woo, who is now a cooking competitor. She is played by Kim So-hyun. Their intense rivalry not only sparks a love for cooking, but also brings back old feelings and emotions that were not resolved before.
